The GEIE GECOTTI-PE has launched a call for tenders for the evaluation of the NWE Programme. The contract aims at externalising the following tasks:
- Execution of the evaluation of the application process, the implementation evaluation as well as the final impact evaluation of the NWE Programme, including the communication activities relating to these evaluations
- Drafting of the reports for the evaluation of the application process, the implementation evaluation as well as the final impact evaluation of the NWE Programme
- Advice provision for the Programme in the field of monitoring and evaluation (monitoring and evaluation expertise)
- Participation in meetings with the Joint Secretariat, the Programme Evaluation Task Force and the Programme Monitoring Committee
