The School of Computer Science and the Discipline of Physiotherapy, School of Clinical Therapies are involved in the project. The involved research team has a passion for effective rehabilitation for people with chronic long-term conditions especially enabling people to manage their conditions at home. With this project they can promote independence and support people to live well at home.
