As part of the 2028-2034 programme preparation process the Interreg NWE Programme will be conducting a territorial analysis and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) of its programme area.
The assignment will focus on conducting an update of the current 2021-2027 territorial analysis, and will directly feed into specific parts of the 2028-2034 so-called “Interreg Plan Chapter” notably :
- The “intervention strategy” of the Programme
- The “identification” & “description” of the “measures for cooperation” of the Programme
An important aspect of the assignment will also be to guide Programme decision-makers in making strategic choices in relation to these elements.
The contract notice is expected to be published in the coming weeks with the aim of having a contractor in place ideally by mid-July. Applications will need to be in English and submitted through a dedicated platform.
