The fourth Interreg NWE call for projects in the 2021-2027 period received 101 proposals after its closure on Thursday, 21 March 2024, at 12:00 noon (CET).
NWE call 4 was open to all five Programme priorities and received the following number of applications in each one of them:
- P1: Climate and environment - 17 applications
- P2: Energy transition - 22 applications
- P3: Circular economy - 14 applications
- P4: Innovation and resilience - 17 applications
- P5: Inclusive society - 31 applications
The Joint Secretariat will now assess the applications received, and Member State representatives will meet on 28-29 May 2024 to take decisions.
Please note that approved step 1 projects will be invited to attend a step 2 workshop in Lille on 20-21 June 2024. The attendance at this meeting will be mandatory for all approved lead partners and registrations will be upon invitation only.
Interreg North-West Europe supports cooperation across borders in seven countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland) by funding projects involving partners with a joint approach to tackle common issues. The aim is to reduce the disparities among regions and raise the overall level of performance across the area.
